I had left my vehicle with them expecting to not have my problem resolved in the end (long story) and just wanted to more or less get a second opinion. I called the next day and they had located the issue and had a part on order for it. It was after 2 on Friday, and I expected them to be done Monday and call me back. Instead by 4 that same Friday they called that I could come pick my car up. Other shops might have replaced who knows how many components to eventually find my issue, so I appreciate them focusing on finding the problem first. Someone else didn't want to leave their car with them for diagnosis and gave them a one star rating. I just want to make the point that when they work on someone's car it is their focus until resolved. On the one hand that might mean you have to wait for service, but on the other it means they will make fixing your car the priority when they get to it. Just want to ensure others seeing this understand that.
